A: Bank Lofts’ interiors span from 974 to over 2,600 square feet.
7:What is an HOA?
A: HOA is an acronym for Home Owners’ Association. All owners in the Bank Lofts are automatically members of the HOA and will be responsible for reasonable monthly dues.
8: What are HOA dues?
A: HOA dues are monthly fees that are paid by homeowners in order to maintain common areas, building maintenance, and certain insurance policies.
9: What are the monthly HOA dues at Bank Lofts?
A: The HOA dues are based upon the square footage of each loft and range between $300 and $400 a month.
10: What is the required deposit needed to purchase a loft?
A: An earnest money deposit of $10,000 is required to purchase at Bank Lofts.
11: Are there any restrictions on pets?
A: Typical household pets are allowed at Bank Lofts. At this time, two pets per household is acceptable, however, the HOA may limit or change the number and size of pet at a later date.
12: When will I be able to move in to my Bank Lofts residence?
A: Constructing a community as special as Bank Lofts takes time, and unfortunately we cannot give you an exact date for move-ins. However, sales representatives are being kept abreast of progress and can update you as needed.
13: How many homes will the community feature at completion?
A: Bank Lofts will comprise a total of 89 loft residences and one commercial space.
14: What are Bank Lofts’ building amenities?
A: Bank Lofts features amenities including gated, subterranean parking, a recreation room, and a planned garden terrace and fountain terrace. There will also be a rooftop terrace with an inviting fireplace and barbecue areas.
15: Can I modify the walls within my loft?
A: Yes, once you close escrow, you can modify the interior of your loft. Before you begin however, you must obtain HOA approval and notify neighbors of your plans.
16: When was this building originally built?
A: The structure was originally crafted in 1923 and housed the First Interstate Bank. Wells Fargo Bank became the next tenant and remained in the building until the 1990’s when they relocated. Although the structure has stood vacant for some years, the original 1923 façade has retained its historic charm and is being masterfully integrated into the design of the spectacular new Bank Lofts community.
