Bank Lofts San Pedro is located in the heart of the city’s historical Arts District, where on the first Thursday evening of every month the area hosts Art Walk (between 4th and 8th streets and Pacific Avenue and Centre Street). Take an evening stroll through the neighborhood, enjoy live entertainment, and visit the artists’ studios and galleries that give the district its name.

And on every other day of the month, Old San Pedro is just as fascinating—shop for antiques, visit the eclectic boutiques and shops, or take in some entertainment. The gorgeous Art Deco Warner Grand Theatre (478 W. 6th St.) is one of the city’s most popular cultural centers, hosting film, theatre, art, and other performing arts events.
